Richard, a native of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, now resides in Cumberland. As founder and president of the firm, he has 22 years of extensive experience in financial planning and wealth management. He built his financial planning business with the desire to provide exceptional, customized advice and services to his clients. He thrives on educating his clients and designing their financial plan with them, not for them, so that it is a true reflection of their unique objectives and goals.
Richard is a member of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the board of incorporators for the Rhode Island Big Brothers Association; the Hockomock YMCA in North Attleboro, Massachusetts; and the Museum of Work & Culture Foundation in Woonsocket. He is also a member of the finance committe for the Northern Rhode Island CYO. In 2007, he was named grand marshall of the Woonsocket Autumnfest Parade. Also in 2007, he was responsible for bringing the international musical group Up With People to Woonsocket to perform at the Stadium Theatre. In 2006, he was honored by the Narragansett Council Boy Scouts with the Good Scout Award. Richard also enjoys being an active member of his community and is involved in his children's activities, including local athletics and scouting programs. He currently volunteers as coach of the Mt. St. Charles Academy Boy's Middle School Basketball Team.

Cheryl, also a native of Woonsocket, has lived in Massachusetts for the past 13 years. She joined Lepine Financial Advisors, Inc., in 2002, with 12 years of experience in the communications field. As a graduate of Rhode Island College, with a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations, she began her career at an advertising and public relations agency in Providence. She then worked for Newbury College, Brookline, Massachusetts, where she managed public relations, marketing, and recruitment efforts. After five years, she moved on to Rhode Island College, as director for the annual fund. Just prior to joining Lepine, she worked for several years as a promotional and sales consultant.
Cheryl enjoys being involved in her local community—volunteering for her childrens' school and assisting with local food drives. She has also served as a volunteer for the Meeting Street Center Telethon—in conjunction with WPRI-12—for 10 years, with two years heading the effort as co-chair. In addition, she was a member of their development committee.

Lisa grew up in Johnston, Rhode Island, and has lived in Warwick for the past 22 years. She graduated from the Community College of Rhode Island in Lincoln, with an associate's degree in Office Studies, in 1985. She has 24 years of experience as an office manager/administrative assistant in the investment industry. Previously, Lisa worked as an administrative assistant at Textron in Providence, and at Paul Revere in Worcester, Massachusetts. In April 1998, Lisa was recruited to join Richard as his assistant. Being such an asset, she stepped up to the office manager position.
She has served as a coach for several local girls softball and basketball teams for about 22 years.
